Rimmel Step By Step Tutorial | Daily Smokes

Hello my loves, I really enjoyed creating my step by step Cath Kidston inspired nail post the other day I decided to create a step by step eye look too. I'm always trying new products and looks, I wore this  look the other day, it's my version of a daytime soft smokey eye. I hope you enjoy and send me a picture via Twitter or Instagram if you recreate it, I'd love to see!

Step 1
Pop Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow paint over the whole lid, once that is on pat around the edges to give a softer look. The shadow paint I used was in the shade 005 Golden Bronze.

Step 2
Take your Glam Eyes HD palette in the shade Foggy Grey and with a fluffy blending brush take the taupe colour and place it in the crease using windscreen wiper motions. Build up the colour  as much as you want. I've use it lightly to achieve a soft look that still gives me some definition.

Step 3
From your Glam Eyes HD palette use the darkest shade to add some colour on the lower lash line to add a smokey effect to the eyes and bring the look together.

Step 4
Use the lightest white shade from the Glam Eyes HD palette to highlight your brow bone and add some shimmer to the tear duct area. Use either your fingers for this or a small fluffy brush.

Step 5
Next add a liner to your top lash line, I've gone for a Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl in the shade 004 Taupe to make it super soft yet add some definition to the eye. I think this looks super pretty and it's a great way to wear this look during the day without looking too overpowering.

Step 6
The final step is to add mascara, with this soft look your mascara will stand out and really make the look complete. Gorgeous fluttery lashes were created using the new Rimmel Scandaleyes Rockin Curves Mascara.

I hope you enjoyed this eye tutorial, it's a great day time look and is so easy to recreate too. Let me know what you think!

You can now purchase Rimmel Make-up and Nail polishes from Missguided so whilst your looking for that perfect party dress for the weekend you can now get some make-up to go with that too, how fabulous.
